About Chanel
Representing Montgomery County/North Houston homeowners and future homeowners, Chanel is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her fine-tuned negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
Being a thirty-year resident of Montgomery County/North Houston, Chanel understands the area intimately. Chanel has been selling homes in the area since 2006, earning many awards along the away and consistently ranking as a top producer.
As a Broker Associate, Chanel sits as the Director of Agent Development for CB&A, Realtors-The Woodlands, and is the Team Lead for the Coco Realty Group. She is a 2018 Texas Realtors Leadership Program graduate and recipient of the HAR top 20 Under 40 award in 2018. Chanel has served on numerous advisory committees with HAR, and previously sat as the Chair of the Professional Development Advisory Group.
When not working Chanel enjoys spending her time with her husband and two children. You can usually find her on a baseball field or fishing in the bay.
